The Strategy is lightweight, durable, compact, and comfortable enough to be carried into the office or ready for off-grid adventure. Designed by custom knife maker Mike Wallace, the Strategy features a 3.5” clip point blade made from Bohler K110 (D2) steel for outstanding edge retention and toughness. The ergonomic peel-ply Carbon Fiber / G-10 handle was designed for ideal comfort and grip, with the light-catching elegance of carbon fiber. The Strategy is outfitted with our signature ambidextrous fold-over deep carry clip and stainless steel caged bearings with flipper opening for incredibly smooth and rapid deployment.
K110 Steel
Made with Bohler K110 (D2) steel sourced from Austria. K110 offers high wear resistance along with good hardness and toughness, making it an excellent steel for everyday carry pocket knives like the Strategy. Our K110 steel has a Rockwell Hardness of 59-60.
S35VN Steel
Crucible Particle Metal (CPM) S35VN is a USA made, high-end stainless steel that provides an excellent balance between toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge-retention. It is recognized as a premium steel due to its durability and remarkable wear resistance. Our knives with S35VN steel have a Rockwell Hardness of 60-61.
Handle Materials
G-10: An epoxy-filled woven glass fiber that is a tried and true material for knife handles due to its strength, durability and light weight.
Peel Ply Carbon Fiber / G-10: This material is made by laminating a carbon fiber weave layer to G-10. It's highly durable and lightweight.
6061-T6 Japanese Aluminum: This Aluminum has has one of the highest yield and tensile strengths of all aluminum alloys.
Titanium: Titanium is ideal for high-end, high-performance knives because it is both lightweight and has a high strength-to-density ratio.
