Lafayette Shooters is excited to invite local businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs to apply as vendors for our 2nd Annual Ladies Night on Thursday, July 30, from 5:30 PM–8:00 PM. With over 400 attending guests last year, this signature event features an evening of shopping, giveaways, food, drinks, and entertainment—creating an incredible opportunity to introduce your products to a highly engaged audience.
This is a juried vendor showcase, meaning each application is carefully reviewed to create a diverse and unique shopping experience for our guests. To ensure a high-quality shopping experience and minimize direct competition, we limit the number of vendors within each product category. Vendor space is limited, and acceptance is based on product variety, quality, and overall fit for the event.
Vendor Fee: $100 per vendor
Each selected vendor will receive a booth space designed to accommodate a 10' × 10' canopy tent. While tents are not required, vendors are welcome to bring one if desired. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting (if needed), and any other equipment necessary to operate their booth. Please note that Lafayette Shooters will not be able to provide electricity at vendor booth spaces as the vendors will be setup outside of the store.
Vendor Setup
- Setup begins at 3:00 PM
- Event hours are 5:30 PM–8:00 PM
- Additional setup instructions, event details, and vendor guidelines will be provided to all accepted vendors prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for processing all sales using their own point-of-sale (POS) and payment system. Vendors are also solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales taxes associated with their sales.
Please Note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. Our goal is to create a well-balanced marketplace that offers our guests a wide variety of products and shopping experiences.
