As Cajuns, we tell our babies it’s time to go “do do” (pronounced doe-doe) when it’s time to go to sleep. When you’re making bread and it’s time for your dough to rest, cover it with this kitchen towel and tell it, “It’s time to go dough dough, Cher!”
